Matthew R. Hayden,
test Owensboro, Kentucky, is a business owner and
developer. He has over 10 years experience in
management of construction work in many states in
the eastern U.S. and has extensive background in all
types of underground utility construction. He has
spearheaded several utility projects all over the
United States. He has also overseen general
construction projects including department stores,
hotels, resorts, and water treatment plants.

Jim Mason,
Principal Broker and Property Manager, has
twenty-one years of experience in real estate,
primarily in commercial-investment sales and
leasing. He also hold a principal auctioneer's
license from Kentucky. He is a graduate of the
Realtor Institute (GRI), the Missouri Auction
School, and has completed several CCIM
courses with the Commercial Investment Real
Estate Institute.
Brad Anderson began his professional
career within the insurance and financial services
industry. After a 12-year career in the insurance
and/or financial services business, he left in 2002,
to pursue commercial development and real estate
full-time. Brad has been active in real estate
ventures throughout his career.
Mark R. (“Randy”) Hutchinson of Owensboro,
Kentucky serves as Gulfstream’s General Counsel.
Randy practiced law in the private sector in
Owensboro, Kentucky since graduating from the
University of Kentucky Law School in 1974.
Randy’s practice was limited to representing the
business community. Over the years, he has
represented a broad range of businesses, from small
to large, publicly traded companies, as well as
banks and developers. More recently, he has
concentrated his practice solely in the area of real
estate with special emphasis on commercial
development. Randy’s 30+ years as a practicing
attorney has provided him with extensive knowledge
and experience in a wide range of topics related to
commercial developments, including: commercial
leases, construction contracts, dispute resolutions
involving landlords, tenants and construction
disputes; planning and zoning, environmental,
survey, title issues, etc.
John Ray has in excess of 22 years
experience in the banking industry, where he held
the various positions including Chief Financial
Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the largest
bank holding company headquartered in Kentucky. He
was responsible for all regulatory filings including
all SEC filings.
Drew Augenstein has over ten years
experience in the commercial development business,
once working for the third largest developer in the
country. Most recently Drew spent the last eight
years working in the healthcare industry in the
areas of property management and acquisitions, legal
affairs and corporate compliance. Drew has a degree
of Bachelor’s of Science in Business/Healthcare
Administration and a Masters of Science in
Healthcare Administration.
Stephen F. Bosley, P.E. is an important person in our
construction team. Steve brings 33 years of
construction experience, which includes project
management, design, risk assessment and analytical
skills. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical
