Matthew R. Hayden,
Owensboro, Kentucky, is a business owner and
developer. He has over 10 years experience in
management of construction work in many states in
the eastern U.S. and has extensive background in all
types of underground utility construction. He has
spearheaded several utility projects all over the
United States. He has also overseen general
construction projects including department stores,
hotels, resorts, and water treatment plants.
His strategic approach to
building a business is reflected in his work as
President of Envision Contractors, LLC where he has
had a significant impact on profitability and
growth.
Matt has developed Woodlands
Plaza and Highland Pointe, both located in
Owensboro, KY.
He has comprehensive knowledge
and skills in executing innovative management and
marketing strategies to fit specific organizational
needs coupled with being a strategic thinker with a
proven track record of developing team oriented
environments and attracting skilled and talented
people. Thus he gets progress whenever progress
seems impossible.
Mark R. (“Randy”) Hutchinson, of Owensboro,
Kentucky serves as Gulfstream’s General Counsel.
Randy practiced law in the private sector in
Owensboro, Kentucky since graduating from the
University of Kentucky Law School in 1974.
Randy’s practice was limited to representing the
business community. Over the years, he has
represented a broad range of businesses, from small
to large, publicly traded companies, as well as
banks and developers. More recently, he has
concentrated his practice solely in the area of real
estate with special emphasis on commercial
development. Randy’s 30+ years as a practicing
attorney has provided him with extensive knowledge
and experience in a wide range of topics related to
commercial developments, including: commercial
leases, construction contracts, dispute resolutions
involving landlords, tenants and construction
disputes; planning and zoning, environmental,
survey, title issues, etc.
Doug Van Meter, has played an instrumental role in every phase of real estate development, property management and leasing duties for several of the area’s largest shopping centers. His experience in all aspects of the development process, including tenant selection, municipal approvals, zoning, as well as architectural and engineering coordination, make him a valuable asset in helping to make Gulfstream projects maximize value and ensure success.
Fahr M. Juneja, Louisville, Kentucky, is a young entrepreneur, real estate professional and business investor. Fahr’s experience includes managing diversified investment portfolios encompassing the restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, medical, and sunless tanning industries. He also has extensive experience relating to commercial real estate assets, including leasing, sales, property management, and commercial investment finance. Fahr is a graduate of the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and holds a degree of Bachelor’s of Science and Business Administration.
John Ray, has in excess of 22 years
experience in the banking industry, where he held
the various positions including Chief Financial
Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the largest
bank holding company headquartered in Kentucky. He
was responsible for all regulatory filings including
all SEC filings.
Drew Augenstein, has over ten years
experience in the commercial development business,
once working for the third largest developer in the
country. Most recently Drew spent the last eight
years working in the healthcare industry in the
areas of property management and acquisitions, legal
affairs and corporate compliance. Drew has a degree
of Bachelor’s of Science in Business/Healthcare
Administration, Masters of Science in
Healthcare Administration, and a Masters of Science in Health Law.
Stephen F. Bosley, P.E. is an important person in our
construction team. Steve brings 33 years of
construction experience, which includes project
management, design, risk assessment and analytical
skills. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical
Engineering.
